Mike Kleber

Mike Kleber is the Director of Training.  As a veteran of over 30 years of Law Enforcement work, he has extensive training as an instructor in hands-on use of force. He is a highly honored and decorated retired Police Officer from Minnesota. Mike has been training officers at all levels for over 21 years. Mike’s extensive law enforcement experience and expertise has led him to instruct at international levels. He served as a School Resource Officer, Detective, and Patrol Officer. Mike has been teaching defensive tactics since 2002. Mike has established a national leadership role in the effort to train others in the United States and abroad. One of Mike’s proudest accomplishments was the development of a playground for a neighborhood with at-risk youth. Mike is an active member with the International Law Enforcement Educators and Trainers Association.
