Jeff Stratman

Jeff Stratman is an accomplished sales & marketing account manager, strategist, and consultant with over thirty years of experience in driving growth for multiple diverse industries.  He brings a vast intricate knowledge of developing enduring business partnerships.   He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism/Communications from the University of Missouri, Columbia.

Throughout his career, Jeff has successfully managed multiple platinum-level organizations in Missouri and across the Midwest including Boeing, Bayer/Monsanto, Cargill, Express Scripts, Caterpillar, Pfizer, ConAgra Foods, Missouri Department of Transportation, Whiteman Air Force Base and Fort Leonard Wood Army Base.  He leverages expertise in face-to-face sales interactions, group presentations and specific product training to his customers.   He regularly conducts safety audits and chemical assessments to ensure the safety of workers at his customer accounts.  He is passionate about helping organizations provide a safe environment for their workforce.

In addition to his field sales work, Jeff provides product sales training, efficiencies, and effectiveness to new and existing account managers.  He is an active mentor to the US industrial sales team, dedicated to fostering the next generation of territory sales managers leading by example and setting high standards.

Jeff is a midwestern family man who lives in Jefferson City, Missouri.  When not hard at work, he enjoys quality time with family and friends, considers traveling and motorcycle touring his favorite past times, and also finds time giving back to his community at his local animal shelter and Habitat for Humanity.
